While working for other companies, Stan also had his own accounting and tax preparation business as a part time business. During his time as an accountant, he would also assist individuals and businesses to obtain financing. Around 2002, while working as a consultant for a client in the health care industry, he was given the opportunity to again move back to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. This brought him to Cambridge, Md. Having obtained a rather large mortgage deal, he was encouraged to get in to the mortgage business. While he doesn’t do mortgages, he has had training in the mortgage industry. Just prior to moving to Cambridge, Md. Stan took the courses and the exam and obtained his Real Estate License.
